Food for the Soul

Yoga teacher, author, and health coach, Susan found herself working with healing from the outside in. She learned that to heal a relationship with food, one needs to learn to grow food, and see how food creates community, conversation, and nurturing. Feed the body good food, and you help feed the soul.

Food for the soul is a huge part of health living. Meditation, mudras, mantras, breath work and asana helps to seed and grow inner peace, connection to something greater than ourselves, and discover our personal meaning of life.
